Haliburton is about 2.5 hours north east of the metro Toronto border.

From East Toronto (2.5 hours)
Don Valley Parkway/404 north to Davis Drive, east to hwy #48, #48 north meets hwy #35 at Coboconk. North on #35 to Minden & Haliburton County

From West Toronto (2.5 hours)
From hwy #401 take hwy #400 north. North of Barrie, this becomes hwy #11 and then continue north to hwy #118. Take #118 east to Haliburton County

From Ottawa (3.5 hours)
Take hwy #417 (Queensway) toward Pembroke, (hwy #417 turns into #17). Take hwy #132 to Renfrew until it meets hwy #41. Turn south on #41 to Denby. At Denby take hwy #28 to Bancroft and continue south west to Paudash. At Paudash go west on hwy #118 to Haliburton

From the North
Take hwy #11 south to Huntsville then take hwy #60 east to Dwight and you are in the north end of Haliburton County

Haliburton is a very large county stretching from Algonquin Park on the north end to Kinmount in the South and running from Wilberforce on the east side to the Muskoka district on the west side. Alternative routes to your specific location may be available to save you time.
